- Violent, hateful, or abusive material
- Promotion or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Alcohol or tobacco promotion in jurisdictions where it is prohibited
- Any content that may be considered disturbing, harmful, or unethical
- Malware, phishing, or any activity that could harm users or networks
4. Account Creation and Security
When you create an account with Host Provision, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
You agree to immediately notify Host Provision of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information or from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
5. Billing & Payments
Host Provision offers both
monthly and
annual billing cycles for its hosting services. Customers can choose their preferred billing term during the signup or checkout process.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice.
Refund Policy: We offer a
30-day money-back guarantee on our hosting services. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Note: Refunds do
not apply to domain registrations, setup fees, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable.
6. Resource Usage & Fair Use
To ensure reliable performance for all customers, Host Provision enforces a fair usage policy on all hosting plans.
Server Resource Limits: Clients on shared and business hosting plans must not use excessive system resources (CPU, RAM, or bandwidth) in a way that negatively impacts other users on the server. Activities such as intensive data scraping, video encoding, or abusive cron jobs are not permitted on shared environments.
Prohibited Use: The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting or sending spam emails
- Running cryptocurrency miners, botnets, or automated bots
- Uploading large files that serve no purpose for website functionality
- Hosting pirated software, cracking tools, or malware
7. Service Uptime & Backups
Uptime Guarantee: Host Provision guarantees
99.9% uptime on all hosting services. While we strive for uninterrupted performance, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime. We aim to notify customers in advance when planned maintenance is scheduled.
Backups: We provide automated daily and weekly backups depending on the hosting environment. These backups are intended to serve as an additional layer of protection.
Note: Clients are
strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. Host Provision is not responsible for any data loss resulting from failed backups or unforeseen technical issues.
8. Suspension & Termination
Host Provision reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices beyond the due date
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Hosting of prohibited content
- Use of hosting for illegal or abusive purposes
Grace Period: In the event of non-payment, services may be suspended after the due date. A
grace period of 30 days is provided before the service is permanently terminated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host Provision shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Data loss
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Modifications to Terms
Host Provision reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
We will notify users of any significant changes via
email sent to their registered email address.
