7. Service Uptime & Backups

Uptime Guarantee: Host Provision guarantees 99.9% uptime on all hosting services. While we strive for uninterrupted performance, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime. We aim to notify customers in advance when planned maintenance is scheduled. Backups: We provide automated daily and weekly backups depending on the hosting environment. These backups are intended to serve as an additional layer of protection. Note: Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. Host Provision is not responsible for any data loss resulting from failed backups or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Suspension & Termination

Host Provision reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of invoices beyond the due date
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
• Hosting of prohibited content
• Use of hosting for illegal or abusive purposes

Grace Period: In the event of non-payment, services may be suspended after the due date. A grace period of 30 days is provided before the service is permanently terminated.

9. Limitation of Liability
